- If you are able to carefully prise the top cover off the cart making
- sure nothing pops out of the case and give it a very very short squirt
- of WD 40, (that rust penetrating fluid) it will prolong the life of
- your ribbon and give very good print results. You need to leave the
- cart for alt least twenty four hours to allow the fluid to soak
- through the ribbon properly. Don`t over do the squirt, and if you do
- this a number of times, then check the ribbon to make sure the pins
- have not cut through the ribbon, if they have, then its the rubbish
- bin for it. Happy printing.
